How it Works: From "Hello" to the Big Day
1. Say Hello 👋
Once you’ve had a look through my wedding photos and my packages and feel like my style is the right fit, just get in touch via my contact form. Tell me a bit about you, your partner, your wedding date, and your venue. I love hearing all the details.
2. Let’s Chat
If I’m available for your date, we’ll have a relaxed chat (over Zoom, phone, or in person at a local café). This is a chance for you to ask questions, talk through your plans, and make sure we’re a good match. No pressure, no sales pitch, just a friendly conversation.
3. Booking Your Date
When you’re ready to go ahead, I’ll send over your booking agreement and invoice. A booking fee secures your date in my diary, and once that’s done, you can tick "Photography" off your wedding to-do list ✔️.
4. Pre-Wedding Meeting
Around six weeks before your wedding, we’ll catch up again. If you’re local, we can meet at your venue or a café; if not, we’ll jump on Zoom. We’ll go through your timeline in detail and make sure everything is in place so the day runs smoothly.
5. Your Wedding Day
I arrive during the morning preparations to keep things calm, relaxed, and natural. I document the moments as they unfold, stepping in with light guidance when needed. I work unobtrusively for the rest of the day, making sure you stay comfortable, especially if those nerves start to creep in!
